How is Cameras for Asia funded?
Cameras for Asia is run on a volunteer basis and costs about $8,000-10,000/year on average. It is very hard to combine the project with other work in the country as the workshops and schedules are time-consuming and physically demanding. The program is partially funded through the sale of honey, Visited Planet / Cameras for Asia calendars or cards and donations. What shortfall there is, is made up by Joanne Lane.
